Why I think you might wanna lose your mind

I use either my workout time or my journaling time to pause my mind—and get quiet. 


The quiet mind is water to my usual fire nature. In both my fire-type meditations(dancing, dynamic movement, singing) and my water meditations (slow yoga postures, body relaxation or nidra, walking, or stillness) I can let my mind-stuff get shifted through the “Brita” filter. The essence of me remains. 


Be silent for 2 minutes today.

Lose your mind.
